Fran Nolan is a marketer, entrepreneur and founder of award-winning creative agency Tribera. She began her career client-side, progressing through senior corporate roles where she built deep expertise in strategy, branding, and customer insight.
Fran moved from corporate life to the agency world, seeking a more creative vocation. That decision led to the founding of Tribera, now a trusted partner to major brands including Costa Coffee, Bupa and Lloyds Pharmacy. Tribera is a progressive workplace with true flexible working and a 4 day week. Fran is also founder of BRUMWIM (Birmingham Women in Marketing) supporting women to build confidence and succeed.
