Oyinkansola Adebayo is a serial tech entrepreneur, angel investor and the founder and CEO of Niyo Group, a family of multi-award-winning companies using technology to economically empower Black women. She built Niyo from bootstrap to seven figures on a simple conviction: that women must be the builders of technology, not the victims of it.
Through Niyo Labs she has trained thousands of women for careers in tech, with placements at the likes of KPMG, Goldman Sachs and the BBC. Niyo Hair & Beauty, meanwhile, is pioneering the first AI co-pilot for women with textured hair.
Her work spans Birmingham and Lagos, and has been recognised with awards including Barclays Serial Entrepreneur of the Year and Female Innovator of the Year. Oyinkansola speaks on technology and innovation, entrepreneurship, building inclusive industries and closing the racial wealth gap.
