Better known as Luinluland, she is a women’s empowerment activist, motivational speaker, podcaster and self-proclaimed “accidental middle-aged influencer” with a 144,000-strong community. The founder of The Self Love Revolution, Lu has built her platform on a simple, radical idea: that when a woman shows up for herself, she shows up for everyone around her.
It took Lu 49 years to find her own confidence. Rather than let another woman wait that long, she turned her story of divorce, menopause, motherhood and reinvention at 50 into a mission. She famously toured 6,000 miles across 28 US states in a vintage leopard-print bus named Susie, and now brings that same fearless energy to UK stages, sell-out live shows and her weekly podcast, with guests including Davina McCall.
