As one of the West Midlands’ leading mental health charities, Living Well UK wanted to raise awareness of its services, reach new audiences, and position itself as the region’s most trusted voice in wellbeing.

THE STRATEGY & THE RESULTS

We created and delivered a full communications strategy spanning PR, campaigns, and brand storytelling. From working alongside the team on landing meaningful strategic partnerships with the likes of BIDs and football teams; to securing consistent coverage in BBC, ITV, Birmingham Mail, I Paper, and Metro we made sure mental health stayed firmly on the public agenda.

THE OUTCOME

Over 900 pieces of coverage later, Living Well UK is now one of the most recognised and respected mental health providers in the Midlands, with a reputation built on authenticity, advocacy, and impact. The proof is in the numbers: since working with EAST VILLAGE., Living Well UK’s yearly referrals have massively increased, from 4,000 to 16,000 in five years.
