On the back of our best year to date, we’re searching for a new SAE to join the agency: bringing an eye for B2C campaigns, a bursting little-black-book of media contacts, and a flair for delivering PR with personality.

From intimacy-enhancing chocolates to help couples spice up their sex lives and a male condom brand that is made specifically with women’s bodies in mind; to an all-star app for mums and the world-first innovation helping visually impaired women to manage their periods independently: you can rest assured that your client roster at EV. will be anything but boring.

Our newest recruit will be someone who doesn’t just brim with creative ideas, but who loves bringing them to life. Whether it’s crafting reactive comment pieces to carve out share-of-voice for our EV. Experts; pitching a stats-led story for syndication across the board; or working on a campaign that makes a start-up brand a household name: our Senior Account Executive will have their finger on the pulse of what’s hot and how to use that to our clients’ advantage.

With an ability to juggle day-to-day tasks while remaining laser-focussed on results, our Senior PR Account Executive will have a flair for crafting copy, selling stories, organising events, setting up stunts, schmoozing press, and securing coverage.

This role is perfect for a Senior Account Executive who still loves the daily thrill of working in a busy and vibrant press office environment, but is looking to continue their development at an agency that truly commits to growing their skills and support their progression; or an ambitious Account Executive looking to take the next step in their career, dipping their toe in the pool of strategy development and client management.

  • Love keeping on top of the day’s trending topics and breaking headlines; seeing every story as an opportunity for coverage
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with teammates, press, and clients alike, illustrating value through consistent and considered reporting

We live this ourselves each and every day: we WFH three days a week, but have two in-person days, working from our incredibly cool office – The Compound – in the Jewellery Quarter. We have pioneered a ‘Work From Anywhere’ policy to actively encourage everyone to work from where they work best; offer flexi-hours; and not only will you get a total of 42 days holiday (including two weeks paid over the Christmas break and a day off for your Birthday), you’ll also finish at 3pm every Friday.

Development is important for each and every member of TeamEV, so you’ll have monthly 1-2-1s with your manager as well as our bi-annual #iGotThis reviews, access to extensive formal and informal training, and regular Away Days. You can tap into our existing industry memberships but we’re always game for signing you up to new things too!

This is a full-time role and the salary would be £28,000-£32,000, depending on experience.
