Meet Demi, our Account Director. Having started at EAST VILLAGE. back in 2013 – as the agency’s very first employee! – Demi has returned to bring over a decade of expertise and experience to the helm of EV.’s Account Team.

She’s the driving force for all things client activity, responsible for managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of each and every campaign. Demi ensures that our Account Team has the all-important tools, time, and talent to perform; while also working seamlessly with our clients to really understand what makes them tick and how EV. can bring those PR dreams to life for them.

Demi’s a proactive problem solver, keen strategist and the ultimate hype girl, always willing to go above and beyond. Having worked across a broad range of both agency and in-house roles – both in the UK and Australia, supporting tech, leisure, property, and charity clients – Demi doesn’t think twice about questioning briefs. She’s every client’s critical friend, is meticulous at tracking budgets and never shies away from the hard numbers when it comes to our campaign evaluation.

Outside of work, Demi is either found in the gym, the pool, or Birmingham’s newest foodie hot-spot (life is all about balance, right?!).
