Meet Alisha! As our Executive Assistant & Events Manager, she brings a strong background in the corporate world paired with a real passion for mindset and wellbeing.

With her natural flair for organisation and a creative spark, Alisha keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes – balancing structure with soul in everything she does. Running a tight organisational ship, Alisha is armed with a Notion board for near-enough everything and a notebook to capture all the details, so you can always count on Alisha to have a solution (or already be on the case finding one).

Alisha’s day-to-day sees her being a vital second pair of hands to our founding MD, Tara, while also organising events for EV., The 51% Club, and The Ripple Effect.
