As companies across the country battle ongoing struggles in the aftermath of COVID-19, property investment and mentorship business, Your Freedom Empire (YFE), is reflecting on a successful 2020 so far. Despite the challenges faced due to the unprecedented pandemic, the well-established company has continued to build solid foundations in the property industry, putting it on target to reach £1,000,000 by the close of 2020. 

Once the country went into lockdown in March, many businesses were forced to close their doors and be left with an uncertain future. However, YFE was able to adapt quickly, thanks to a management team that is no stranger to weathering tumultuous times. Founded by husband and wife duo, Hayley and Paul Andrews, who purchased their first property 18 years ago and continued to build and manage a portfolio alongside their 9-5 jobs. The pair first made their name in the property industry after they left their jobs to focus on property fulltime when Paul fell ill, back in 2010. Since then, the entrepreneurial couple has amassed a multi-million-pound property portfolio, and set up YFE to help others learn their tried-and-tested methods for themselves.

Planning to run in-person seminars and conferences, the ever-changing circumstances presented by COVID-19 saw YFE pivot to provide its many students across the globe with flexible online learning. This huge shift in the way its services were delivered saw YFE seize a new window of opportunity, leading to the launch of its new training platform which has enabled students, UK and international to complete their training with support from the company’s world-class mentors.

Providing insight into how to grow a UK property portfolio from the ground up, YFE equips each student with clear tracks tailored to their property goals, as well as one-to-one support from a mentor, who has their own experience in the same field. 

Speaking about the journey so far, co-founder Hayley Andrews commented:

As well as adapting YFE’s UK programmes, Hayley and Paul have been working around the clock to not only make sure that they’re doing their best to support both their staff and students, but also to help make the world a better place by supporting local communities across the globe. As a member of the B1G1 Business for Good, YFE also runs “Learn and Make an Impact”: a simple concept that benefits both the learners and those in need. This includes providing clean drinking water to a vulnerable person with the purchase of every online course, gifting education to children, and even providing families with the ability to grow crops that will allow them to lead healthy and happy lifestyles, something that is greatly needed, now more than ever before. 

What’s more, Hayley also undertook the challenge of transforming YFE’s headquarters in north Birmingham, a Grade II listed building dating back to 1895, into a stylish training facility, adding to her extensive multi-million-pound portfolio and further cementing YFE’s passion and dedication to provide high-quality training to learners, wherever they may be based.
