MEET OUR FOUNDER
For over 15 years, Tara Attfield-Tomes has been a force for change in the business world. A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, she founded EAST VILLAGE. in 2013 with a radical vision to empower women and underrepresented founders; creating a more level playing field through the power of PR.
Tara is founder of The 51% Club, a peer community with over 800 members (and counting…) to help female founders scale, and is co-chair of The Lifted Project, a data-led project to increase the flow of capital to high-growth female founders. She is also founder and chair of TechWM’s Women in Tech Special Interest Group, an investment mentor for Creative UK, and a committee member for Soho House Cities Without Houses Birmingham.
