A host of Birmingham charities have received funding to the tune of £30,000 following a summer of successful fundraising in the Solent. Hosted by Hollywood Monster’s Managing Director Tim Andrews, on board a luxury 40ft motor boat, the charity days have welcomed over 100 guests over the past three months. Worcester Warriors and Wragge & Co help SIFA Fireside to re-introduce breakfast

Homeless Centre, SIFA Fireside, has today announced the return of 15,000 meals as a result of donations from the city’s businesses, faith groups and residents. Last December, the Digbeth-based Centre had to discontinue serving breakfast, reducing the number of meals it serves to homeless people by half. The news triggered great concern in the local community, resulting in an influx of financial donations as well as offers to provide and cook breakfast on a regular basis.
