A successful podcaster, TEDx speaker, fashion stylist, and coach, Lou discovered that there was not just life after 50, but that her best years were still ahead of her.
A self-described ‘accidental influencer’, Lou has travelled America, taking her Self Love Revolution Tour – a sex-positive movement that helps others grow old disgracefully – to 28 states. Now, she’s aiming to do the same in the UK, driving her beloved bus Susie cross-country, all while busting myths about midlife and menopause along the way.
