Kayla Daniels

Founder of Kayla's Nutrition and Registered Nutritional Therapist

Formerly a secondary school teacher for eight years, Kayla’s personal journey into nutrition began as a way to manage her own health struggles with psoriasis, IBS, and low energy. After discovering the benefits of nutrition and following the birth of her third child, she retrained as a nutritional therapist and started her business, Kayla’s Nutrition.

She completed a three-year course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, the leading provider of natural therapies in the UK, all while raising her three children. Kayla is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and a certified Lifecode Gx practitioner.

In addition to her private practice, she has shared her expertise on ITV News and regularly speaks at schools, universities, and gyms, as well as hosting corporate drop in clinic sessions.

Between having children, Kayla hosted a series of events from 2017 to 2019 in Birmingham where she collaborated with influencers and leading brands including John Lewis and Waterstones. She lead panel talks, which focused on navigating motherhood and provided a platform for women to discuss their real-life struggles.

Determined to equip women with the knowledge, tools and support needed to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life, she wants to ensure that they never have to accept feeling less than their best as the norm. Kayla’s approach is practical and compassionate. She knows how overwhelming the nutrition industry can be and focuses on making it simple and achievable for everyone.

Using functional tests to dig deeper, she helps women find the root cause to their concerns, offering a more tailored approach for her clients. With her down-to-earth style, Kayla is known for making healthy living understandable and accessible for all.
