Created from Jane’s roots in the American deep south, Homewrecker Pimento Cheese is an irresistible blend of grated cheddar, cream cheese and picante peppers, perked up with a secret spice blend.
Homewrecker Pimento Cheese was born out of Jane’s frustration that she couldn’t find pimento cheese at supermarkets or on any menu, especially at her local pub, which is known for its burgers.
Not one to be deterred by roadblocks, Jane whipped up a fresh batch of her pimento cheese, handed it to the chef at her local pub, and asked him to use it for her burger. But what she wasn’t expecting was that he’d put it on the menu the next day…
What started as a fun burger at a pub has morphed into a business, ready to take this nation’s menus and supermarket shelves by storm. Determined to make the southern dip a staple in the UK, Homewrecker has already launched in Selfridges stores across the UK, with more to come.
Jane is currently part of the Fortuna Fellowship, a 12-month programme supporting five ambitious female founders across the UK. Run in partnership with the 51% Club and venture capital firm Midven, part of Future Planet Capital, the programme offers expert mentorship and access to a possible £2 million investment fund at the end.
