Alex Morris is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Rapid Transformational Coach, and the founder of women’s health coaching platform Lunaire. She works with women navigating Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS and PMDD – particularly those who feel like they’ve exhausted conventional means of treatment and are ready to try something different.
Alex’s work is driven by her own experience, having been diagnosed with stage 4 Endometriosis and Adenomyosis at just 19, after years of being dismissed and misdiagnosed. Told by her doctor that she’d “never have a career, relationships, or independence,” she’s spent the last decade proving that wrong. She’s undergone four surgeries – three of them major – and rebuilt her life through a combination of self-education, holistic health practices and sheer persistence.
Her approach is shaped by both lived experience and reinforced with professional training. Drawing on her background in Integrative Nutrition and Rapid Transformational Coaching, Alex empowers women to reconnect with their bodies, better understand their symptoms, and develop long-term strategies that support not only their physical health, but the entirety of their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Through her work, Alex is creating the kind of support she wished she had at the start of her own journey: honest, empathetic, and deeply informed by what it means to live with chronic reproductive health conditions. Alex’s work is grounded in the belief that women deserve to feel heard, respected, and in control of their health – especially when navigating conditions that are so often misunderstood or minimised. She is committed to challenging stigma, widening access to holistic education, and opening up conversations that go far beyond symptom management.
She is also the host of the podcast ‘It’s Not Just a Period’, where she invites prominent guests to share insights on the realities of living with complex menstrual and reproductive health issues.
Whether she’s working one-to-one with clients, building community through Lunaire, or sharing her story publicly, Alex brings a clear, grounded voice to a space that often feels overwhelming. She doesn’t promise a miracle cure – just real tools, compassionate support, and a powerful reminder that there is another way forward, and a community ready to walk it with you.
