Birmingham PR agency EAST VILLAGE. is celebrating a raft of new client wins across the health and wellness sector, including one of the UK’s leading e-liquid manufacturers, a premium CBD start-up, and an award-winning cosmetic dentistry practice.
EAST VILLAGE. – which specialises in PR, social media, marketing and events for the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors – has been appointed by Zeus Group to manage its national PR activity. Headquartered in Birmingham, Zeus Group manufactures some of the UK’s leading e-liquids from its Erdington base, and has brought the PR agency on board as part of its expansion plans. The company recently welcomed new Managing Director, Tim Allinson, whose previous appointments saw him in management positions for retailers Jack Wills, Tesco and Dixons.
The agency has also been appointed to launch Choice CBD, a premium brand that specialises in high end CBD oils, managing its PR and social media. It is estimated that the CBD market, which is one of the UK’s fastest growing wellbeing product categories, will be worth almost £1 billion per annum by 2025 (Centre for Medicinal Cannabis market research), and Choice CBD is keen to capitalise on this with its innovative terpene blends.

Recently EAST VILLAGE., which has offices in the heart of Colmore Business District, also announced the success of its new initiative for small businesses. Pocket Sized PR launched during lockdown to provide small business owners with PR and social media best practice, jargon-free step-by-step guides, and templates for press releases, marketing plans and more. The agency also launched three packages for PR and social media support, tailored to small business budgets.
As a result, EAST VILLAGE. has since welcomed seven new Pocket Sized PR clients, five of which are across the health and wellness sector. This includes PR for Stirchley-based Joshuaa Shaun Hair, a salon that actively promotes the need for diversity and inclusion across hairdressing; and social media for Liv Well Pilates, an online and in-class Pilates membership platform.
EAST VILLAGE. has also won the PR contract for award-winning cosmetic dentistry practice, New Road Dental, which is based in Bromsgrove; and aesthetic treatment specialists, The Dorchester Clinic, which is based and Market Bosworth and has brought the team on board to deliver PR and social media. The team is also delivering a new PR and social media strategy for The Make Up Spot, a beauty and aesthetics clinic in Dickens Heath.
