Birmingham’s leading property specialist, Centrick, has relocated its headquarters to The Exchange this week. Taking its 72-strong Head Office team over to the Grade-II listed building, the move comes as the result of key appointments, property portfolio growth, and a record-breaking 12 months for the business.
Now occupying over 8,000 sq. ft. in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, Centrick will be at the heart of the city. Taking up residence in prime position on Newhall Street, the move sees an investment of more than £200k and allows the residential property specialist to keep its finger on the pulse of Birmingham’s thriving real estate landscape, right from its centre.
James Ackrill, Centrick’s Chairman, is confident that its new location will help further position the business as industry leaders in the city. He commented:
