CENTRICK LAYS FOUNDATIONS FOR STELLAR 2020 WITH BRINDLEY HOUSE INSTRUCTION

Leading property specialist, Centrick, is building on its success with its first Estate Management instruction of the decade, adding Brindley House to its ever-expanding portfolio. The development – which boasts 182 state-of-the-art apartments right in the heart of Birmingham – will see Centrick’s expert ARMA-accredited Estate Management team at the helm, taking over as the managing agent for its leaseholders.

Kick-starting Centrick’s 2020 instructions, Brindley House undeniably cements Centrick’s reputation as one of the leading managing agents in the region. Adding almost 200 additional units to its books, the city-centre asset further strengthens its impressive residential property offering: currently, Centrick manages over 10,000 units across 250 developments, to the tune of more than £1.5bn.

Operations’ Director, Phil Johns, commented:

The addition of Brindley House to our portfolio is a fantastic achievement for Centrick and is a testament to the stellar results of the team. The property is a prestigious building in the centre of the city, claiming the iconic BT Tower as its neighbour. Newhall Street remains a prime location for those looking to live and work in Birmingham’s vibrant city centre, taking in the benefits of both the business district and the Jewellery Quarter. We look forward to representing such a well-known and well-loved development in this region.”

The Brindley House instruction also bolsters Centrick’s acquisitions in the Jewellery Quarter: already, the leading property specialists manage St Paul’s Chambers, St Paul’s Place and Sterling Place, as well as the hugely-lauded St George’s Urban Village. Creating over 600 new apartments and townhouses, the site is one of Birmingham’s largest residential developments to date. The multi-million-pound new-build is located within the Jewellery Quarter conservation area; one of the city’s most sought after postcodes.

Across the West Midlands, Centrick’s Estate Management has over 150 sites, overseen by Centrick’s 32-strong Estate Management team. This team is responsible for delivering the daily operations for each of its 250 sites, with a collective 180 years’ experience from the concierges to the office-based team.

Speaking on the Estate Management’s growth, Centrick’s Chairman, James Ackrill, said:

“Estate Management is one of the founding services that we offer at Centrick and we’ve worked hard over the last 14 years to cement our name in the field. The Brindley House instruction is a fantastic start to what promises to be a strong 2020, and is a testament to Karen’s team’s expertise in this sector. Their tireless efforts and dedication to delivering day-to-day for our clients is what keeps Centrick a step above the rest, and we will continue to make these properties ‘home’ for over 10,000  residents.”
