CENTRICK EXPANDS NEW HOMES TEAM WITH TRIO OF APPOINTMENTS

Centrick has continued to cement its place in the property industry with the expansion of its New Homes team, following a series of key appointments within the past financial quarter. The property specialist has most recently welcomed three new additions to its New Homes after unlocking a suite of successes during 2021.

With more than 13 years of combined experience, Lara Angell and Mei Clarke have previously worked within Centrick’s Birmingham branch and are set to bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay, Centrick is confident that Mei’s far-reaching language skills will prove an asset in bolstering its burgeoning overseas sales offering for New Homes developers in the region.

What’s more, Sally Parnell will complete the trio of new appointments: joining the team as a New Homes Assistant, Parnell recently attained a First Class degree in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University and will be assisting the team with proposals, tenders and the day-to-day running of the team.

Commenting on the new appointments, Centrick’s Group Sales & Lettings Director, Andy Butts said:

“We’re delighted to see the appointment of three new members within our New Homes team! Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the team has gone from strength to strength in the last 18 months and this next chapter is set to be our most exciting yet.

Lara was a top performing member of our city centre branch and is looking forward to a new challenge in New Homes Sales. Likewise, Mei’s decade of experience in International Investment Sales will help to enhance our overseas offering available to the developers we work with. Equally, we’re so pleased to be welcoming Sally as fresh talent and are confident that we will continue to grow the team in the coming weeks and months.”

One of the leading estate agents in the Midlands, Centrick’s New Homes team has worked alongside several of the region’s top developers on within the past 12 months. Having recently sold out 64 units at Elevate Property’s Group Sheldon Court development, the property expert unlocked instructions for Investin PLC’s Solihull-based development, Broadoaks, as well as Damson Homes’ Callowside Gardens in Rubery and sold out six luxury apartments at Regents House in Shirley.

“We are so pleased that we are continuing to create career new opportunities within the Midlands and able to help young property professionals to flourish as part of the Centrick team. After a great year of growth and unrivalled client retention, we have several New Homes instructions already in the pipeline for the remainder of 2021 and beyond, and I have every confidence this multi-talented team will deliver fantastic results,” added Andy.
