Meet Adrian…
Adrian Liew is the Singapore-based entrepreneur behind ground-breaking app OPPi: the AI-powered platform that digitises focus groups.
On a mission to empower people by giving them a voice, Adrian wanted to replicated the success OPPi enjoyed in Singapore in the UK. Thanks to the Global Entrepreneur Programme, the UK Government’s programme that helps high growth overseas companies relocate to the UK, Adrian was poised and ready to transform the landscape for leaders looking to gauge the pulse of their people: all he needed was the team to shout about it.
Our PR objectives were to:
- Secure press coverage in trade and business titles about the UK launch
- Identify and land profile opportunities for Adrian as founder of OPPi and a visionary tech entrepreneur
- Deliver an event to attract and engage prospective customers
- Facilitate valuable introductions to key decisionmakers, including regional C-suite leaders and those at the helm of the existing tech ecosystems
THE RESULTS
Working with Adrian and his UK-based team, we mapped key target contacts to build mutually beneficial relationships with on behalf of OPPi. This included journalists and tech stakeholders, as well as regional business owners and leaders, and resulted in key partnerships, including OPPi’s appointment at TechWM’s Birmingham Tech Week.
Our press releases and profile pieces for OPPi have – to date – resulted in over 25 pieces of coverage, including HR Director, TechDay, and Business Cloud, with total impressions exceeding 376K.
Adding to this, we organised the ‘Empowering People with AI’ event, engaging panellists from AND Digital, STEAMhouse, and UK Government Global Entrepreneur Programme. We invited guests with tech, HR, and leadership backgrounds, and successfully secured 57 sign-ups, getting OPPi in front of Adrian’s ideal clients.
