Last night saw the explosive finale of Peaky Blinders hit our screens, concluding the ‘Peaky Blinders mania’ that has taken over the city during season five of the gritty gang drama. Birmingham’s very own prohibition hideaway, Bourne & Co, is making sure the Shelby legacy lives on beyond the BBC schedule by curating a brand-new cocktail menu inspired by the characters from the hit Brummie show.  

Bourne & Co, the award-winning 1920s inspired speakeasy, has crafted an all-new Peaky Blinders cocktail menu that carefully pairs premium ingredients that perfectly personify characters from the gang famous for its razor blade caps. 

It’s no secret that the Shelby family enjoyed a tipple or two, and what better what to celebrate the city’s most infamous family with an aptly themed drinks menu. From Matriarch Polly Grey to Tommy’s new alliance Jimmy McCavern, the drinks are fashioned from character traits, capturing the individuality of each character through trending ingredients though vintage twisted cocktails. 

The brains behind the brand-new peaky blinders inspired menu is Founder of Bourne & Co, Mikey Bourne, who comments:
