With more than a decade’s experience in the jewellery trade, Roseanna Croft Jewellery has had a dazzling career: from crafting beautiful pieces for royalty; creating stunning bespoke designs; and even reincarnating heirloom pieces, to give them a new lease of life. Now, the Derbyshire-based brand is preparing to reach new heights in the industry, as it’s set to step outside its jewellery box and make the move to London.
Having discovered a passion for jewellery at the age of 18, founder Roseanna Croft has travelled the world making bespoke pieces for clients, working with brands across the globe, as well as prestigious stores, including Harrods. This latest move will see Roseanna Croft Jewellery operate from a stylish new Hatton Garden address, joining the ranks of some of the country’s fellow prestigious jewellers, adding yet another jewel to her crown.
Since launching the brand, Roseanna has been recognised for multiple awards, winning the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Forward Ladies Awards and was shortlisted as Young Designer of the Year with Professional Jeweller in 2019. Beyond this, Roseanna has worked alongside The Prince’s Trust, and even crafted a very special piece of jewellery for Princess Charlotte, which she sent to Kensington Palace in celebration of her first birthday.
Commenting on her move to London, Roseanna says:
“I am extremely excited about our move to London and cannot wait to write our new chapter as a brand there. We have achieved so much, from opening our first retail space, to making hand-crafted pieces for the stars, and I’m so looking forward to continuing this on a new scale.”
Established in 2012 with a focus on creating ethical pieces, Roseanna began making her pieces from recycled metal and sourcing gemstones from artisan miners and gem cutters where possible to support other small businesses. Quickly becoming highly lauded in the industry for working with customer’s jewellery of sentimental value, Roseanna transforms them into a new piece that suits their style.
Not only does she pride herself on making each piece incredibly unique, but every one also speaks to the wearer’s own story. For Roseanna, one of the biggest values in creating pieces that embody storytelling and reigniting emotions within the wearer. This sympathetic approach has made her first choice for many couples who have been forced to postpone weddings during the pandemic, as they turn to Roseanna to create bespoke wedding bands to mark their own transformed ceremonies.
“To expand my bespoke jewellery design services to London has been a dream I’ve had since opening my boutique in 2015. I first fell in love with the city when I moved to Chelsea when I was 19, so to be returning to the city and bringing this to life now is truly humbling. I cannot wait to make this a reality,” concluded Roseanna.
