The inaugural Midlands Property and Investment Awards took place on the 29th of September at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham to celebrate the region’s thriving property landscape. The ceremony, helmed by BEvents, recognised 21* fantastic winners and achievements throughout the industry in a night to remember for the region.
Hosted by Adam Lawrence, the evening saw hundreds of guests come together for the planned annual celebration that saw over 400 entries. The finalists underwent rigorous judging from an extensive panel, crowning a range of businesses and individuals from the build-to-rent market to office developers.
As well as celebrating the achievements of some of the region’s finest property moguls, the black-tie event treated guests to a three-course dinner and surprise performances.
Recognising everything from the Property Law Firm of the Year to the Social Value Award, the categories celebrated both rising stars to established players.
